Artists & Crafters

We celebrate and appreciate the creativity that each artist and crafter brings to our event! Please complete the vendor application below to apply for a vendor space for Threefoot Festival. Please Note: Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the event. Meridian Council for the Arts reserves the right to approve or decline applications at its discretion. Applicants who are not selected to participate will be notified no later than March 31, 2025 and will be issued a full refund.

Application Fees

  • Crafters: Single Booth $75, Double Booth $150

  • Artists: Single Booth $85, Double Booth $170

  • Juried Exhibition: Additional $25

​

Facilities & Set-up

  • Vendors will set up their booths on SATURDAY ONLY

  • You are responsible for your own set up, providing your own tables, chairs, overhead protection, decorations, signage, ice and etc.

  • No electricity will be available

  • All tents must be weighted properly and preferably be white in color

  • Be prepared for inclement weather- the festival will be held rain or shine! â€‹

Juried Exhibition

Artists & Crafters may enter artwork into the Juried Exhibition for an additional $25 fee. The juried exhibition of quality fine art and fine crafts gives our large audience the unique opportunity to meet, interact with, view the works of, and purchase art from the artists who created it. Our independent panel evaluates artists based on the images submitted with their applications. Images must be representative of the works that will be shown at the Threefoot Festival. We emphasize the importance of high-quality images that represent your work and booth to its fullest potential. 
 

Juried Exhibition Awards: 

- Best in Show: $1,000

- First Place (in each category): $250

- People's Choice: $250

Special Applications:

  • Collaborating Artists: For groups of two or more artists collaborating on a single piece, we encourage a joint entry. If accepted, exhibiting is limited to the collaborative work.

  • Multiple Categories: Artists interested in applying across different district categories may do so with one application, though only one jury fee is applicable. However, multiple applications within the same category are not permitted.

The submittal of your online application will serve as your signature and agreement to the following terms and conditions: 

 

The undersigned does hereby and forever discharge the City of Meridian, the Meridian Council for the Arts and the Threefoot Festival Committee of and from all manner of actions, suits, claims and demands whatsoever in a law or equity from any loss or damage to the undersigned property, while in the possession, supervision, or auspices of the Meridian Council for the Arts and the Threefoot Festival Committee, its members, agents, representatives, or employees. A signed contract/application indicates an acceptance of the rules and regulations of the Meridian Council for the Arts and the Threefoot Arts Festival Committee. The respective committee reserves the right to make final interpretation of all rules. The undersigned has read and complies with the rules printed in the guidelines and application.

Threefoot Festival will execute a marketing plan to include print media, television, radio, billboards, and social media.  Your participation in this event acknowledges the possible use of your images and images of your work. You may be contacted for interviews or comments for advertising purposes.

No refunds will be given for vendor cancellations.
